    • Clearly brief the contractor on your project.

    • Ensure your expectations are clearly communicated in writing.

    • Review contractor credentials, references, and contracts before proceeding.

4. No Guarantees on Contractor Work

  • We carefully vet contractors, but Kozzi cannot guarantee workmanship, timelines, or outcomes.

  • Contractors are independent businesses and responsible for their own services.

  • Kozzi is not liable for:

    • Poor workmanship

    • Project delays

    • Damage to property

    • Theft or loss of items

5. Communication & Agreements

  • Any contracts, payments, or guarantees are between you and the contractor directly.

  • Kozzi is not a party to these agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • By using our services, you agree that Kozzi is not responsible for any damage, loss, or disputes that may arise from your engagement with contractors.

  • Kozzi provides a free connection service only.

7. Advertising & Promotions

  • Kozzi may use Google Ads, social media, or other digital platforms to connect with potential clients and contractors.

  • By using our service, you acknowledge that we may contact you through these platforms or via email/WhatsApp to facilitate your request.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Kozzi may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
